Design fee: 10% of materials, $500 minimum. Construction is separate.

What happens next?
After payment, complete the project intake form with your location, ideas, and photos. We’ll follow up to arrange the site visit and discuss your project.
Once your design and quote are ready, we’ll plan the next steps together.

Where do you work?
We’re based in Rochester Hills and serve Oakland County, Metro Detroit, and Southeast Michigan. If you’re unsure whether your location is in range, ask before paying.
